At Goat Power Bikes, we stand behind the durability of our electric bikes and gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 14 days of delivery provided the item is in its original, unassembled condition.

Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your bike or accessories in the original factory packaging, ensuring all tools, chargers, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship It Back
Securely attach the provided shipping label to your box and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs on non-defective items.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned gear for trail wear or damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
